Which countries do you ship to?

We are able to deliver to most countries globally. Some restrictions apply; delivery countries can be confirmed at the checkout page.

How long will delivery be?

If items purchased are in stock, your order will be dispatched within a few working days, at which point we will confirm tracking information.

Some items are built to order. We will be in touch to confirm timeframes.

International Deliveries

All non-UK customers must provide a tax number for business purposes or a social security number for personal use. These numbers must belong to the billing address.

These are required for your order to clear customs.

Do I have to pay import charges?

For delivery outside of the UK, import duties, taxes and any additional customs clearance charges must be borne by you.

As customs policies vary greatly from country to country, we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing an order should you have any concerns.

Once you’ve received your order

You should inspect the goods upon receipt to ensure that everything specified on the delivery note is included.

You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us on receipt that there is a problem or you cancel or return the order in accordance with your cancellation rights or our returns policy. If you fail to take such action, we are not obliged to accept any rejection at a later date.

Responsibility of the goods transfers to you upon delivery. We retain the legal ownership of all Goods until full payment has been made by you and received by us and legal ownership of the Goods will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for Goods to you.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

How do I return an item?

We hope that you will adore our products, however, if for any reason you would like to return or exchange any of your order, please contact us prior to returning your order to us.

Returned goods must be wrapped securely, unused and in their original condition along with your proof of purchase.

Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment. Postage, packing and duties are non-refundable.

We cannot accept refunds or returns for personalised or bespoke items (such as any hand-brushed finish, Bath Tub or Heated Towel Rail), unless the item is faulty.

How long will a refund take to process?

We will process your refund within 30 days. An email notification will be sent to you once the refund has been processed.

Cancellation Rights

Under distance selling regulations you are entitled to cancel the contract provided you exercise your right by sending us written notice of cancellation within seven working days after the day on which you receive the Goods and returning the Goods to us at your cost in their original, unopened and unused condition. You may submit your cancellation notice by email to

We will refund your payment (less the cost to us of recovering the goods if you do not pay for their return to us) within no more than 30 days after we receive a valid cancellation notice

Please note that your right to cancel does not apply to bespoke or personalised goods.
