Camp Delavan was a 25 acre boy scout camp located on a glacial lake in Wisconsin. The site had been closed since 1980, till it was bought by couple Jennifer and Alec Litowitz in 2005, who transformed the spot into the ultimate holiday home getaway fro their family and friends. The pair decided to use Czech & Speake fittings from our Edwardian collection in parts of the lodge.
“Jennifer’s directive was ‘I want it to feel like Wisconsin in the 1940s,’ ” recalls Fox. “One of my inspirations was a childhood memory of going to family lodges in northern Michigan in the summer,” says Jennifer. “I had this idea of a Midwestern hodgepodge that transcends time periods, a very comfortable aesthetic.”
